During his testimony, the repentant justice Erjon Alibej also revealed several conversations between Redjan Rraja and Viktor Ymer in prison 302.
He also told how they wanted to threaten him for the fact that he was telling everything about the criminal events in SPAK after he became a collaborator of justice. Alibej says that he had heard the conversation between these two, where they talked about him and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.
"He is a man who is making a name for himself in SPAK, he was referring to prosecutor Altin Dumani, he is saying everything," Alibej said in the GJKKO, adding that Redjani and Viktor were cursing him and the head of SPAK.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Alibej: My codes in encrypted applications were “Noku” in Enchochat, while in Sky “Lizz” and “Kumi”. I believe I communicated with Plaurenti using all of these codes. Arben’s close friend was very close to “Iliri of cigarettes”. I also had direct relations with Iliri. I received information about a person in Durrës, someone known as “Poja”. I don’t remember the last communication with Plaurenti well, but it was a few days before I was arrested, I was arrested on September 18, 2020. After my arrest, I had no communication with Plaurenti. Not even with Redjan Rraja, but in prison 302 where I was accommodated, there were good regime rooms.
He went up to my room, Viktor Ymeri came, Redjan Rraja was above his room. Redjan came out of the window and had a conversation with Viktor. I remember a conversation, because it is an old institution and you can hear everything. Viktor asks him how the process is going, Redjan tells him "my friend is interested". I understood straight away that he was referring to Plarent. "He is a man who is making a name for himself in SPAK, he was referring to prosecutor Altin Dumani, he is saying everything". Send him words where it hurts him the most, he said, to the family. And he mentioned "Crimea" and he meant me. Redjan and Viktor cursed both me and the prosecutor.

Alibej: Ilir Sharri is the one with the cigarettes, I remembered his last name. When they assassinated Plarent, he had a film footage, a BMW 5 series that was burned. I asked Plarent for the footage, because maybe I recognized the people I knew there. He brought the footage to me with a Flash through Ilir. I couldn't help him with information that could be of use to him, because I didn't know anyone. Arben Muça is a close friend of Talo Çela. I sent Plarent a photo of his brother, after the execution of the Haxhia brothers. I took the photo from the TIMS system. From the information I had, Talo Çela had put Ben Muça's brother in to execute me. The Elbasan employee delayed the information for 5-6 minutes if he was at work.
