Sessions have begun at the Special Anti-Corruption Court in charge of Plarent Dervishaj and Julian Meçaj, regarding the assassination attempt on former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja on November 1, 2019 at the Shkozet overpass.
Today, Erjon Alibej, who has the status of a justice collaborator in the "Golden Bullet" case, appeared as a witness.
In his testimony, Alibej indicated that he knows Plarent Dervishaj, while Julian Meçaj does not. He said that he met Plarent only once and discussed the problems he was having, while explaining that the reason for the meeting was to help him.
He further said that after that meeting they communicated with an encrypted application. Alibej said that at that time there was Enchro Chat and SKY ECC.
He also showed the codes that Plaurenti used on Enchrochat which were "Barcelona" and "Ghost".
"During 2019 I lived in Elbasan. I know Plarent Dervishaj, Julian Meçaj I don't. I know Plarent because my wife's uncle gave me a meeting through a friend of his. I know that there is a cigarette factory in Librazhd. He gave me a meeting with Plarent. We had lunch there. I didn't know who he was at that time, I think he was a "Cekiçi" that I had seen on TV. This was the first and only meeting. At that time, in 2019, I was a wanted person for a case from 2018. I was staying in my house. I had some problems in my house.
