Blue uniforms are always found at the crime scene when "the wedding is over", when the victim is lying on the ground and the perpetrator has fled "in an unknown direction".
Does the whole neighborhood, village, or even the city know who carries a gun, who has a criminal record, who fights with the shopkeeper, the ghetto owner, or the person who unintentionally blocks their parking lot and threatens their life, and the police don't know? Does the whole world know who sells hashish in the neighborhood, in the city streets, in schools, and bars, and the police don't know?
Everyone knows who has a gang and commits theft or robbery and the police don't know? Because that's how you might think, when a murder occurs (which is happening often lately), and the police go to the scene and collect more shell casings than evidence. This is believed when the police finally find out that "the victim or the perpetrator of the murder had a weapon with him or in the car". These maneuvers and tricks were once done, during the time of Sali Berisha, by a police officer who was deeply connected to criminal groups. But I cannot accept it for today's police, when they have educated, experienced, prepared officers, with the right equipment and logistics to prevent any kind of crime.
What prevents them from doing their duty? This is a matter of debate and requires long discussions. It is true that, in recent years and months, dozens of State Police officers have been identified, investigated, arrested and convicted as being closely linked to crime and dirty affairs. Today we have police officers, police chiefs and police leaders who have been found to be linked to the organized crime network, amassing great wealth by exploiting their uniform, position and workplace. The phenomenon of the blue uniforms being associated with crime remains widespread today in the State Police, as senior leaders have been found to have been linked for years to exponents of organized crime and beyond. Only 1 in 10 murders has been prevented by the State Police.
Blue uniforms are always found at the crime scene when “the wedding is over”, when the victim is lying on the ground and the perpetrator has fled “in an unknown direction”. I don’t know how and why in recent years, the phrase “the perpetrator fled in an unknown direction” has entered the vocabulary of the State Police. How is it possible for the police to speak like this about a criminal, when they have had all the time to prevent the criminal act? I said it a little higher. When the whole city, or even the village, knows who is carrying a weapon, how can the police not know? The time has come to shake up the “9 faces”, the entire police structure. The time has come to fire and penalize all those police officers and police leaders who wear their uniforms during the day and dine with criminals at night, who pay them huge salaries so that they won’t touch them.
Almost every day there are criminal incidents, there are accidents, there are murders and injuries. Somewhere 1, somewhere 2 killed, somewhere injuries, somewhere robberies, somewhere violence and somewhere pressures on citizens, officials, journalists, villagers. Where are we going? Those who just graduated from the Police School, come out with good training from the auditors and "get infected" as soon as they go into the field, as soon as they are appointed to police duties and police stations. This is because they are the "old rascals", those who tell them "don't mess with X, don't mess with Y, because you'll get into trouble". That's why the work in the field of the blue uniforms is lame, and that's why citizens rightly say that "the police always come after the crime has been committed and the perpetrator has fled in the direction unknown". Until then, the oppression is getting worse...
