Possible scenarios of the impact of the protests! The protests of a very large number of people have severely shaken politics, governance, public opinion, and institutions that, although they call themselves representatives of citizens, cannot gain their trust.
The protests have been going on for more than two weeks, which on the one hand shows the critical energy of the participants, but on the other hand, it must be said, they have created a normality in abnormality. The ruling political class seems to be getting used to them, and life continues as if nothing has happened, and as if the boulevards and squares are not shaken by the calls and marches of thousands of citizens.
Everyone is asking how things will turn out. Of course, no one has the power to predict the fate of such developments, but no matter how things turn out in the future, some things have been overcome and a new reality will emerge.
I think that from an analysis of the political situation, but also the structure as a function of politics and governance in our country today, there are several possible scenarios:
First, the protest expands, maintains its energy, is supported by an increasingly wider part of public opinion, in a way it radicalizes in its positions, taking actions other than marching in the streets and squares. This forces the socialist majority to change the government by changing the prime minister and the government, and by creating another one from its own ranks. Thus, it can be said that the will of the protest was realized.
This version is contradicted by the fact that it is difficult today for the ruling leadership within the parliamentary majority to cede its place to another group within it.
Second, the protest, no matter how legal, justified, and widespread, continues for a while, but fails to crystallize an organized political direction, does not form one or several parties, and therefore does not transform into a wave that is structured as a political force that participates in elections, and although it continues for a certain time, it also begins to become routinized and gradually loses its strength. The truth is that the political leadership is doing everything possible to ensure that matters go this way.
This version can also be challenged because those who started the protest are not thought to have done so to avoid achieving some stated objectives.
I treti është që Edi Rama duke parë qëndrueshmërinë e protestës dhe zgjerimin e mundshëm të saj, të shpërndajë Kuvendin dhe në vjeshtë të shpallë zgjedhjet e parakohshme për t’i fituar ato. Këtu ai mund të mbështetet te fakti që partia demokratike dhe partitë e tjera shihen nga protestuesit me po atë sy që shihet edhe partia socialiste, si edhe duke kërkuar t’i gjejë protestuesit ende të pastruktuar mirë politikisht.
Edhe mund ta bëjë, por hëpërhë nuk e konsideron si prioritare duke imagjinuar se punët nuk kanë arritur deri aty. Deputetët nuk do ta donin sepse rrezikojnë të humbasin kolltuqet e deputetit që u japin privilegje.
I katërti, të krijohet spontanisht një numër deputetësh që t’ja bëjnë të pamundur shumicën kryeministrin në Kuvend dhe në këtë mënyrë ta detyrojnë të formojë një qeveri teknike dhe pastaj brenda një periudhe të kalohet në zgjedhje.
Ky variant kundërshtohet me argumentin që duke ditur rreshtimin e deputetëve dhe natyrën e tyre të varur nga lidershipi partiak, si vështirë që segmente të gjera deputetësh të arrijnë të mëvetësohen në sjelljen e tyre politike.
I pesti, protestuesit nisin të organizohen politikisht që sa kohë Edi Rama është kryeministër, dhe përgatiten që më pas ta forcojnë energjinë e protestës duke bërë që brenda një ose dy muajsh të kërkojnë zgjedhje dhe përfaqësohen atje politikisht. Pra, të shkojnë drejt krijimit të partive.
Ky variant ka si kundërshtim që iniciativa për të krijuar parti mund të sjellë brenda protestuesve jo një, por disa parti politike të reja dhe në këtë mënyrë energjia e protestës të përçahet dhe të zbehet duke sjellë zhgënjim midis tyre.

Edhe ky version ka kundërshtimet e veta, sepse janë avancuar shuma financiare dhe qeveria e di se tërheqja e investitorëve do të ishte me kosto për besueshmërinë e saj te kapitali i huaj dhe influenca e tij te pushtete ndërkombëtare që mbështesin qeverinë!
I shtati, një ndërhyrje më direkte e faktorit ndërkombëtar që mund të ndikonte si mbi qeverinë, ashtu edhe mbi faktorin politik tjetër.
Ky version ka kundërshtinë se një ndërhyrje e hapur nuk do të imagjinohej sepse kjo do të ndikonte mbi faktorin protestë dhe mund të mos shihej mirë nga opinioni publik.
Si përfundim sot jemi në një gjendje ekuilibri të paqëndrueshëm, i cili sjell si të papritura, edhe një lloj hezitimi dhe kaosi në publik, por edhe një gjendje politike në statukuo të një krize që duket e gjatë dhe ende në fillimet e veta.
Protestuesit kanë energjinë dhe iniciativën politike në sheshe, por kanë vështirësi dhe barriera për t’u strukturuar politikisht dhe për t’u bërë në afatshkurtër faktorë nga jashtë në brenda sistemit politik.
Today's opposition has a voice within the political system, but for now it does not have the support of protesters and politically active citizens. The protests have weakened it even further. Its actions in the Assembly are currently without political consequences.
The government has taken a hit that continues in political opinion and faces surprises both internally and externally. However, it maintains primacy within the political decision-making system, has international support, and certainly has support from business groups associated with it.
How long will this unstable equilibrium continue? That remains to be seen! Perhaps a new circumstance will disrupt it!
