Just like in the Laws Committee, the report by SPAK head Altin Dumani on the annual activity in the Assembly turned into a paradoxical session where the 'father' accused of corruption and his political cronies attacked the prosecutor, cursing him and demanding an account of why he had them under investigation for corruption and money laundering.

While the minority turned the reporting session into a popular trial against the representative of the prosecution, the surprise lies with the socialists, who, not to embarrass their opponent, but for the highest public interest and in respect of the mandate of representation, should direct some questions to the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, and even mark it as homework in the resolution that the Assembly will approve, along with the recommendations for next year.
The questions that socialists did not ask Altin Dumani;
-What stage are the investigations into January 21, an unpunished event that has been considered by the Strasbourg Court as a state crime?
-What is the fate of the investigative faction for Gërdec, for the role of Shkëlzen Berisha as the proven owner of the death business?
-What is happening with the investigation into the 6 million USD contract of the DP to remove the unwelcome stigma of Sali Berisha?
-It is a known fact that Nuel Kalaj was the broker between CEZ and the Berisha government for the privatization of 75% of the shares of OSSH from the Czechs. For this service, Kalaj received 6.8 million euros in bags. It has been confirmed that behind Nuel Kalaj stood Shkëlzen Berisha as a shadowy, but main broker. Why does SPAK not register criminal proceedings for these criminal facts? Why does SPAK not investigate who paid him 6.8 million euros and for what service?
-What stage are the investigations into hemodialysis and laboratory concessions at? Have the investigators managed to identify where the public money ended up?
-Does SPAK have any plans to open files on unpunished crimes such as the disappearance of Remi Hoxha, the orders for the bombing of several cities in the south of the country in 1997, the persecution of Hashim Thaçi and Adem Jashari, the murder of Ilir Konushevci and Hazir Gashi, the coup d'état on September 14, 1998?
-Will SPAK launch an investigation into companies that have been exploiting Albania's assets for decades (oil, chrome, copper, iron, water, forests, etc.), which come out every year with losses to avoid paying taxes or with modest profits, creating corruption pits worth billions of euros and irreversible environmental crimes?
