Prime Minister Edi Rama, also the leader of the Socialist Party, held an anti-rally in Tirana on Friday afternoon, taking advantage of the 35th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Party.
In recent days, several cases have been reported where administration employees were put under pressure to participate in the rally called by Rama, which seems to have had as its main goal the presence of a large number of people, as a counter-response to the ongoing protests that citizens are holding on the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard.
And to carry the "order" to the end, hundreds of vehicles headed towards Tirana, which then resulted in the filling of "Italia" square, where Edi Rama gave a 1-hour speech, where he mostly accused the protesters who are demanding his resignation.
The following video shows the line of vehicles heading to Tirana from the Elbasan Region, which also includes the municipalities of Elbasan, Librazhd, Cërrik, Gramsh, and Belsh.
For several hours, the Bradashesh roundabout has been almost blocked due to the high flow of traffic in the direction towards Tirana, which also confirms the transportation to the capital of administration employees who, after finishing their working hours, had to continue with the schedule of Edi Rama's rally.
The same thing happened with the rallies that Rama held in various cities across the country, as part of the 35th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Party, where the administration of the districts where the meetings were held was forced to gather in the squares and cheer for the Prime Minister.
