New details have emerged from the incident recorded this evening during the civic protest in Tirana.
Footage posted on social media shows the moment a man carrying a large dog and showing support for the Socialist Party approaches a crowd of protesters and engages in a verbal altercation. He attacks influencer Dea Mishel.
According to witnesses, his presence caused an immediate reaction among the protesters, who considered it a provocation. The situation became tense for a few moments, while some citizens chased the person in question, forcing him to run away from the protest area.
The event was later confirmed by Dea Mishel herself through a reaction on Instagram, where she gave her version of what happened.
" This video is real! He attacked me with words, unprovoked. It was scary because he had a big dog with him that who knows how he could have been trained. Some guys chased him from there! I ask for your help and the State Police to find out who this person was, so that he is no longer allowed there to provoke people. Such incidents must be avoided. You guys who protected me, I feel like I have brothers, because you put yourself in danger for me. I am very worried. I do not want to see any incidents of violence. The protest will continue! ", she wrote.
According to Dea Mishel, the person who approached her was not previously provoked and the verbal attack occurred suddenly. She says she felt threatened not only by his behavior, but also by the fact that he was carrying a large dog with him.
