The government has opened the 'bag' again this year-end for the pensioner bonus.
With the tripling of the year-end bonus fund, it is expected that the same formula as in 2024 will be used for its distribution.
Thus, over 515 thousand individuals who receive a pension of up to 20 thousand lek will benefit from the 15 thousand lek bonus.
The rest, who receive over 20 thousand lek, will benefit from an additional 10 thousand lek.
In the 2025 budget review, the government has predicted that pensioners this year-end will have a larger budget dedicated by the government in terms of the annual bonus.
This budget is 5.9 billion lek.
The year-end bonus will be distributed to around 756 thousand pensioners in December.
