In the first part of this documentary, we discovered the connection between Gjergj Luca and Pëllumb Gjoka. Through notarial deeds, they created a fictitious debt of 872 thousand dollars. Then they paid off that debt without moving a single cent. Four properties in Tirana passed from one hand to another, but the sale money went to repay the bank loans of Luca's structures. A land in Gocaj, Lezha was bought for 20 thousand euros and sold to the same structures for 700 thousand euros within a year. A profit of 3,500 percent. Pëllumb Gjoka, the same person who signed all these deeds, was prosecuted in Montenegro for drug trafficking.
In the second part, we uncovered a 2006 report by the International Strategic Studies Association in Washington. The report talked about nine trafficking routes in Albania. Gjergj Luca was the only person who controlled two of them simultaneously: the heroin corridor from Macedonia to Greece and the cocaine corridor from Montenegro to Italy.
The report also stated that former Prime Minister Fatos Nano had established contacts with Luca and that the arrest of Armand Andoni in 2005 was an attempt to put Luca under control. Not justice, but a power play.

Then we unraveled Operation "Compass". The Milan prosecutor's office had launched an investigation in 2002. In November 2004, Albanian and Italian police arrested several people. The first was Armand Andoni, who lived under the false identity Arjan Selimi. He was Gjergj Luca's right-hand man in the cocaine corridor.
Andoni was sentenced to 16 years in prison, but was released in 2011 after the Supreme Court found procedural violations. Two months after his release, on September 26, 2011, he was killed with a Kalashnikov in Tirana. The murder was never solved.

The third part will continue with other connections of Gjergj Luca with organized crime. We will show his relocation to Elbasan and control of the Elbasan - Durrës - Tirana corridor. We will talk about the crackdown on journalists who reported on his network.
