A University of Delaware student was arrested with a car full of guns, bulletproof vests and a manifesto declaring he wanted to "kill everyone" in a mass shooting on the Wilmington campus to achieve "martyrdom."
Luqmaan Khan, 25, was arrested on November 24 after police found the high-powered weapons in his car, which was parked in a public park after school hours.

Khan had ammunition with him, a pistol, multiple magazines and a conversion kit that can turn a pistol into a semi-automatic rifle.
According to ABC 6, he was allegedly plotting a violent attack on his school's police department, with a notebook of handwritten plans that included phrases such as "kill everyone, martyrdom."

Khan was arrested at the scene after officers found him in the park and searched his car when he appeared visibly nervous.
"They just happened to drive into Canby Park West and, when they found the vehicle in the park, they just made contact with the individual, instead of pulling him out and saying, 'Hey, the park is closed,' they did the police job," said Newcastle Police Chief Captain Richard Chambers.
