The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, and also the leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, said that his party has won over 30 municipalities in the local elections.
In his first speech after winning the local elections, Mickoski said that these elections are also a message for the Democratic Union led by Ali Ahmeti.
"These elections are also a message for the DUI. When Ali Ahmeti was beating his chest about changing the prime minister, I told him slowly, calm down, wait, you will be surprised by the result."
This is the day, what is most important, in these elections, the policies of ethnocentrism, nationalism, and artificial themes about eagles and rabbits and topics that are irrelevant to citizens, are defeated, while the issue of reform is opened in the opposition.
"I don't want an audible opposition, but one that is more concentrated and more capable than this one, which talks about eagles and rabbits," said Mickoski.
