Among the 20 accused by SPAK, as part of a cocaine trafficking group from Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Puerto Rico and Brazil towards Europe and money laundering in Albania, are Artur Shehu and Leonard Bishaj from Vlora.
Their names have also appeared in another investigation that SPAK began after the protest for Zvërnec, with the aim of verifying the procedures and documents with which Artur Shehu acquired and sold the lands of Laguna in the Nartë, Pishë Poro and Zvërnec areas.
SPAK revealed that since August 12, 2016, Leonard Bishaj has been equipped with a General Attorney, as administrator of Artur Shehu's businesses in Albania and representative of all legal actions with lands, banks, loans, taxes, customs, cadastre, courts, contractors, buyers, notaries, lawyers and in all state institutions.
Power of Attorney No. 203, for the performance of legal actions by the trafficker Leonard Bishaj, turns out to have been signed by the mafia Artur Shehu on August 12, 2016 in Nice, France, at the address: 12 Boulevard de la Republique 06240-Beausoleil, which turns out to be the "Azur" hotel.
According to the document, Artur Shehu traveled from Florida to Nice, France, where Shijak's notary Majlinda Pernoci was waiting for him; but the data from the graphic expertise of the writing of the name and signature do not match Artur Shehu's authentic writing, compared to other documents signed by him.
The power of attorney declared as drafted and signed in Nice, France, is only a photocopy, while Artur Shehu and notary Majlinda Pernoci, according to sources from the BKH, were not in France on August 12, 2016.
It is not a coincidence that notary Majlinda Pernoci provided notarial services to mafia boss Artur Shehu, but rather her connection to a business partnership with his partner Agron Hyseni in the entities "En Construksion" and "Antik Bar" based in Vlora.
For 29 years, Artur Shehu has been living in Florida as a political asylum seeker and cannot leave that territory, nor can he enter the Schengen area, because he is wanted by Italy and Albania for land grabbing in Vlora with forged documents, drug trafficking, murder and money laundering, in collaboration with the Italian mafia group "Sacra Corona Unita".
His accomplice in these crimes is Leonard Bishaj, the person with notary power of attorney who manages Artur Shehu's businesses in Albania and carries out every legal action on his behalf, one of them being the sale of the lands he has stolen, such as the land in Zvërnec.
