On June 1, the director of RTSH approved the cost of the festival after it took place, 284 million lek for an activity that was carried out with internal staff and equipment. But with Decision No. 26, she added 'special' bonuses for employees, without publishing the lists of names and values. The decisions were signed by the Chairman of the Council, Fatjon Hoxhalli, after finding 'bargaining language' with Eni.
A few days ago, "Pamfleti" published a scandal involving the Director of Albanian Radio Television, Eni Vasili, regarding the launch of the "Songs of Spring" festival, without determining the costs of this activity, when the preventive plan was initially drafted.
Even with the costs of this festival, director Eni Vasili performed the trick of fictitious expenses, published with Decision No. 27, dated June 1, 2026, approving the amount of about 284 million lek for the realization of the "Songs of Spring" festival.
But on top of the cost of the festival, Eni Vasili has added another financial cost, named "Remuneration expenses for the team of RTSH employees who realized the 'Spring Songs 2026' festival."
In Decision No. 26, dated June 1, presented by Director Eni Vasili and approved by the Board of Directors of Albanian Radio Television, it is stated:
· Point 1: All RTSH employees who were directly involved in the preparation, organization, realization, production and audiovisual broadcast of the Spring Festival, shall be rewarded in accordance with the items of the financial budget.
· Point 2: Rewards will be applied only to employees included in the lists proposed by the heads of administrative units and by the heads of other structures, approved by the Director General of RTSH, according to responsibilities and work performed for this activity.
But Eni Vasili has kept secret the list of names of those bosses and employees who have been rewarded and the financial values that she gave them as a bonus on top of their salaries, where according to the law and regulations of Albanian Radio Television, every payment and bonus must be made public.
The financial abuse of these rewards is this: Those who prepared the "Songs of Spring" festival are all RTSH bosses and employees, as well as the equipment and auxiliary materials, while 284 million lek were paid as costs for the festival.
There is no doubt that Eni Vasili has included her name on the list of awards, as director of the festival; but it is striking that the first decisions on the festival's expenses were not signed by the Chairman of the RTSH Board of Directors, Fatjon Hoxhalli, due to the breakdown of negotiations.
While the two decisions we are publishing today were signed by him, as is understood, he found a bargaining chip with the director Eni Vasili; while the external "specialists" paid for the festival were family members of the directors of Albanian Radio Television./ Pamphlet

Festivali i Pranveres thuhet se u be totalisht me nje Studio Grafike jashte televizionit nga e njejta qe ka fituar dhe tenderin e rebrandimit. Grafikat e shemtuara te festivalit stil pakistanez thuhet shkuan 80 milion leke, nje skandal i vertete. Drejtoresha duhet hetuar per lidhjen e saj me kete studio pasi per perkushtimin e saj ndaj kesaj studio hoqi dhe drejtorin e grafikes, referuar emisionit "Stop" i dates 8 qershor, sepse kundershtoi menyren abuzive te dhenies se ketij tenderi. Thuhet se ne pak muaj studio ne fjale mori nga RTSH rreth 200 milione leke, fut ketu dhe grafikat shoqeruese skandaloze qe shoqeruan Alis ne Eurovizion. Flitet qe drejtoresha eshte bere me shtepi te re, normale po te mendosh se si funksionojne gjerat ne Shqiperi. Plus llogarit qe keto ndodhin ne kohe te trazuara qe se ka mendjen njeri te abuzuimet e Eni Vasilit, pasi po te kishte shtet dhe Spak Eni Vasili duhet te ishte ne burg, bashke me biznesmenin qe e mbeshtet dhe u ben presion mediave sa here sulmohet drejtoresha. Me te ne burg duhet te shkoje dhe juristja simpatike e cila i "qep" tenderat por qe harron se shume shpejt Spaku do vije dhe do ja "shqepi" nje e nga nje. Askush nuk do shpetoje!
Ne fakt mire ben qe i bejne jashte gjerat, se me studion dhe grafikat qe pashe per boterorin mu duk sikur po shihja RTSH-ne e vitit 97. Nje skandal i vertete. Se kuptoj ku i cojne gjithe ato leke qe marrin! Se mire vidh po te pakten bej dicka te hajrit..."Edhe lapsat" thoshte dikur Bujar Asqeriu.
Po ky kryetari i keshillit a eshte normal?! Se historikisht kryetaret dhe keshilli ka qene nje lloj kondrapedali per drejtuesit e RTSH. Se kuptoj per cfare paguhen, se po te ishte se do ishin per cdo gje dakort mjaftonte drejtoresha. Ajo vidh me tendera ky pro, ajo hiq njerez profesioniste nga puna ky pro, ajo jepi shperblime njerezve te vet ky prape pro, ajo mashtron nen masken e EBU ky gjithmone pro, ajo emeron shoket dhe kushurinjte ne poste drejtuese ku i mban pishtarin. Gjynah se eshte dhe djale i ri...

Po kur do te shkoje dhe ambasadore! Kokrra e diplomates dmth. Se qe ka marre fund ky vend nuk diskutohet, por puna eshte qe e keqja ketu spaska as fund as meshire per kete vend. Se si mund te dergosh amasadore kete specie gjysem njeri gjysem vemje, vetem kryeministri yne mund ta mendoje. Por ishalla spo e le Spaku te realizohet, se sikur jane hap llafet qe firma eshte vene. Larg qoft!
Perderisa eshte Zeqineja deputete, pse mos jete dhe Eni ambasadore?! Bejme dhe Mozen kryeministre dhe e mbyllim kete muhabet!
