In the Public Procurement Bulletin dated June 1, 2026, just 2 weeks after Minister Andis Salla ate the fish of trafficker Gjergj Luca, the Municipality of Elbasan auctioned 10 hectares of forest park in the Polis-Vasjan area of the Shushicë Administrative Unit of Elbasan.
The 10-hectare area put up for urgent auction is as "Pamfleti" warned, as a bargain made at the fish restaurant between Minister Andis Salla and fish trafficker Gjergj Luca, with a rental value of 2,000 euros per year.
The term of the contract for the use of the forest park area will be 10 years with the right to renew the contract and another 10 years, supposedly for the breeding of wild flora, an auction to be held on June 9, 2026.
Let's wait and see whether the auction for these 10 hectares of forests in Elbasan is also tailor-made for the trafficker Gjergj Luca or not.
