Regarding the disappearance of 34-year-old Eglant Koçi, criminalist expert Ervin Karamuço stated that investigators are being too reserved due to the sensitivity of the case and the lack of conclusive evidence.
According to him, through the verification of security cameras, it has been possible to identify some movements and field checks have been carried out, however, there is still no clear answer to the fate of the 34-year-old.
He stressed that police are waiting to collect more evidence before releasing further public details on the investigation.
"We cannot talk about a victim, as we have not yet confirmed anything. The police are very reserved until they can solve the incident," he said.
According to the expert, the investigation remains open in several directions. One of the leads being verified is related to the previous activity of the persons involved as cryptocurrency exchangers, including Bitcoin. Also, the possibility of a momentary conflict or disputes over debts is not ruled out.
"The fate of the person is unknown, where he ended up. We have one person who has been arrested, and one who is wanted and who is a close friend of the missing person. But we have no other information. I have the impression that the location was made possible through the cameras and checks were carried out."

There is a background of both people, they were bitcoin exchangers, it is not known if it came from this activity, it could be a momentary conflict, or even a debt," Karamuço said on ABC News.
