Residents of Durrës and surrounding areas will face problems with drinking water supply tomorrow, June 10, due to planned works to be carried out by the Transmission System Operator (TSO).
The Durrës Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company (SHRUKD) has announced that, as part of these interventions, the pumping station in Fushë Kuqe will be shut down from 08:00 to 16:00.
According to the official announcement, the interruption of the station's operation is expected to bring temporary difficulties in water supply to subscribers in Durrës and some surrounding areas until the works are completed.
SHRUKD explains that the intervention is necessary for the implementation of works in the energy system and requests the understanding of citizens regarding the concerns that may be caused during this period.
Meanwhile, the water utility calls on residents to take the necessary precautions and ensure water reserves to cope with hours when the supply may be limited or interrupted.
