Journalist Etleva Delia spoke about the serious incident that occurred the day before in Kamëz, where 28-year-old Ardian Baloshi was killed.
During the interview, the journalist emphasized that the author was a notorious character for narcotics and domestic violence.
Delia also added that the serious incident in Kamëz appears to have been prepared by the perpetrator, Sadik Llani. The latter is wanted by the police.
"There was no contact between the victim and the perpetrator. The victim was walking on the street, the perpetrator approached her in a car and shot her. There may have been a conflict a year ago and it is not excluded that they had an argument with each other in recent days. They were also neighbors. It seems that it is something prepared by the perpetrator. But the moments of recent days should also be investigated, if there were any clashes," she told "Abc News".
