Journalist Dritan Hila spoke about the elections in SPAK for the new leader. Hila emphasized that recently there has been a deformation of the system as SPAK is eavesdropping on the KLP, which is what the KLP should be doing to SPAK.
He added that SPAK leader Altin Dumani held a meeting in America to continue his mandate. The journalist emphasized that SPAK is an American creation and every attack by SPAK is American-oriented.
" I think that at this moment the State Department is being run by apparatchiks and they are more frightening because they have no political acumen and do not know the terrain. They are the ones who have made holes in foreign policy in several countries around the world and to a point where Rubio can take control of foreign policy.
