Following the news about the sinking of the buildings in "Durrës Marina", yesterday an official reaction came from the IKMT National Inspectorate for Territorial Protection, which officially admitted that two buildings in the "Durrës Marina" project have suffered structural subsidence, the situation on the ground has begun to have direct consequences for potential buyers.
Sources for Piranjat News indicate that during today, a number of citizens who had booked or were in the process of purchasing apartments in the complex, have presented themselves at the sales offices to withdraw from their contracts or reservations.
According to these sources, the decision was driven by the uncertainties created after the publication of data on the sinking of buildings and the official reactions of institutions.
The situation has led to confusion and tension among buyers, who say they have not received sufficient guarantees regarding the structural safety of the project, which was previously presented as one of the largest and most modern investments in the country.
After public denunciations by Piranja and recently the findings of the IKMT, public trust in the project seems to have shaken significantly, raising new questions about its progress and the safety of the constructed structures.
The authorities and the implementing company have not yet responded to the situation, while citizens are demanding full transparency and guarantees for every further step of the project.
