SPAK Chief Prosecutor, Klodian Braho, is reporting today to the Laws Committee in the Assembly, where he is answering questions from MPs.
In response to DP MP Gent Strazimiri, he spoke about cooperation with foreign authorities and the uncovering of various operations, acknowledging this fact and indicating that legal measures have also been taken against certain individuals.
"We don't receive any ready-made files. Of course, we have international cooperation and we receive information from abroad, but the investigations and analyses are carried out by our investigators, we cannot take away this merit."
"I can say that yes, there have been concrete proceedings related to the uncovering of investigations, and in some cases, along with the criminal prosecutions that prosecutors have carried out, it is no coincidence that charges have been filed and legal measures have been taken against employees in institutions," said Braho.
