The Elbasan Court has imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" for producer Petri Bozo. The decision was made after reviewing the request of the Prosecution, while Bozo will remain in custody until the conclusion of the investigations.
According to sources from the hearing, the prosecution presented evidence and arguments on which it requested the imposition of the most severe security measure, a request that was accepted by the court.
On the other hand, Petri Bozo's defense lawyers opposed the Prosecution's request and requested a lighter security measure, but the trial panel decided that he should continue to remain in prison.
