After signing hundreds of abusive tenders, Arlinda Pogaj announces her departure from the management of the Centralized Purchasing Operator. After signing all the government's documents, today Arlinda Pogaj announced her resignation. Through a status on social media, she speaks of pride, while not forgetting to thank her boss, Blendi Gonxhe, as well as the Prime Minister.

I would also like to express a special thanks to the Prime Minister of the country for his continued support for the mission and role of the Centralized Purchasing Operator in the reform and modernization of the public procurement system ", she says.
Arlinda Pogaj and Elira Kokona are Edi Rama's two puppets for bargaining with tenders.
In March 2024, Prime Minister Edi Rama removed the Centralized Purchasing Agency from the Ministry of Interior and transformed it into a joint-stock company for 80% of Albania's tenders, placing it under the "mammoth" Blendi Gonxhe, at the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation.
Blendi Gonxhe appointed his friend Arlinda Pogaj, who had been the tender director at the Municipality of Tirana, the Parks Agency, and the General Directorate of Road Transport, as director of this company, where she signed off on all the thefts according to the bargains Gonxhe made.
The reasons for the departure are unknown, but there are suspicions that SPAK may have also been involved. The Special Prosecution Office has launched investigations into many tenders involving the famous Linda and it is no surprise that there will be developments in the coming days.
