Analyst Skënder Minxhozi spoke about the fourth mandate of the Rama government, focusing during his interview on the challenges of integration and the reforms implemented in the country.
During his speech on the ABC News show "Real Story," Minxhozi listed some of the factors that he believes will make Rama's fourth term more difficult. He emphasized that water and land management are very important factors for a country.
" A mutual friend of ours asked me, - do you think Rama's mandate will be difficult? The first answer, the mandate would be very easy. But there are several factors that make Rama's 4th mandate very difficult. Being prime minister since 2013, he is at the end of some promises that he has kept or how he has kept... Water and territory management are very important factors. On the other hand, there are some major reforms that have remained half-hearted, for example in education. It does not fit well with the times, the new generations that are coming. Amazing figures have been thrown at Albanian healthcare... But if you tell today's Albanians what healthcare is like, they will speak badly. We remember how the municipality once tried to lower the deposits, but that was very little. Another, it is very good that Qafë-Plloça was finally finished... as for illegal construction, we can say that the situation in Theth was not good. While "The area burned during the summer is very large, and this is serious, and it showed a management crisis. Rama has a big challenge ahead. Every alarm that started with municipalities, illegal construction, water and waste, for me is a good alarm. But when the state acts with a spirit of action, it means action with time periods, and that's what I'm afraid of. I don't want to see Rama lose his will and these situations appear again ," he said.
