The competitive process for the selection of new police leaders in the regions of Durrës, Lezhë, Fier and Kukës is taking place today at the General Directorate of the State Police, where there are currently vacant positions.
21 police officers will participate in this process, who will be tested and evaluated by the responsible commission. After the completion of the competition and interview procedure, the candidates will be ranked based on the points earned.
From the final list, the four candidates with the best results will be selected, who will be appointed as heads of the local police directorates in these regions.
Meanwhile, the management positions in the Tirana and Vlora regions still remain unfilled. A separate competition procedure is expected to be held for these two directorates at a later stage.
