IT expert Besmir Semanaj expressed his conviction that the new minister created by Artificial Intelligence, Diella, will make mistakes with tenders.
According to him, Artificial Intelligence is a very important tool to minimize corruption if used properly, but it is not a tool that can make political decisions.
"That Diella will make mistakes with the tenders is certain, as Open AI also makes mistakes. There are lawsuits being opened against Open AI because it can send people to suicide. Imagine now an Albanian AI agent, trained and treated with the data that the Albanian state currently has, making political decisions. Artificial Intelligence is a very important tool to minimize corruption if used properly, but it is not a tool that can make political decisions," said Semanaj.
He also said that "it would be better if Edi Rama did not introduce him as a minister because he feels sorry for the ministers who were appointed for the first time yesterday."
