SMS to Edi Rama and the Police Director; how 'Rrumi' organized the alienation of properties with his brother

The SPAK investigation file for Aleksandër Laho's group in Durrës has also revealed the manner in which the properties were alienated. In one episode in the file, it is said that 'Rrumi' suspected that information about his activities had come from within the Durrës mortgage.

For this, Laho instructed his brother Vullnet Muça to send several anonymous SMS messages to Prime Minister Edi Rama, Vangjush Dako and Artan Lame. Laho also ordered them to write that the Director of Durrës Police is connected to gangs.

Excerpt from the investigative file:

Aleksandr suspects that the information about the properties has leaked from within the institution (the mortgage) and instructs Vullnet to send anonymous SMS to Artan Lame, Vangjushi and Rama, against a person named Lusi. 

They also write that the Director of the Durrës Police is connected to gangs. At 20:04, Vullneti sent Aleksandr a photo of a property identified with the number 122/2. Rrumi writes that it is a hill and they have nothing to do with it.
