While SPAK and law enforcement agencies continue to "beat the whistle" on Amant Josifi's gang, another link in this network continues to launder millions of euros in the center of Tirana, under the protection of State Police leaders.
The company “MVC Production Sh.pk”, with the owner and administrator 28-year-old Klaris Bakiasi, is officially registered with an address near Myslym Shyri. But in reality, this company has no connection with the declared marketing. According to data from the investigation, “MVC Production” is simply the laundromat where millions of euros stolen from fraudulent forex schemes are laundered, operating in several offices in Tirana, but mainly near the “Partizani” school, in one of the most frequented areas of the capital.
The young man from Lushnja, Klaris Bakiasi, did not act alone. He is clearly identified as part of Amant Josifi's gang, the same structure that is accused of stealing hundreds of millions of euros through a network of fraudulent call centers. But contrary to expectations, Bakiasi has not only not been arrested, but has continued to expand his criminal activity for months.
Sources close to the investigation indicate that Klaris Bakiasi, through high payments and well-organized bribery, has secured the cover of various leaders in the State Police. Thanks to this protection, he has managed not only to collect staggering amounts from forex fraud, but also to spend them publicly, without any possibility of economic justification.
Luxury vehicles, real estate, and investments in other businesses; all of this has been made possible while his file remains blocked and none of the justice structures have initiated the seizure of assets.
In parallel with the case of Amant Josifi, where none of the family's 14 properties have been affected, there is also no seizure decision in the case of Klaris Bakiasi and "MVC Production". The company continues to operate in the center of Tirana, near the "Partizani" school, laundering stolen euros in forex, while the police and SPAK prefer silence.
In November 2022, when EUROPOL, the Spanish Police and SPAK conducted a joint operation against the “Milton” group and the network of fraudulent call centers, Klaris Bakiasi was already on the list of people associated with the gang. But just as Amant Josifi fled to Dubai, Bakiasi remains untouchable in Albania.
The police are not talking. SPAK is not acting. Despite clear data from the investigation that links Klaris Bakias to Josif's gang and characterizes "MVC Production" as a money laundering machine, no institution has taken concrete steps to seize assets or close down activities.
Meanwhile, the 28-year-old from Lushnja continues to launder millions of euros, pay bribes and expand his luxury investments, while justice "plays the flute" that it is investigating. /Pamphlet
