Damien Komoli has officially become the new general director of Juventus and since his appointment, the French manager has worked to reorganize the black and white club.

According to "Sky", the number one favorite for Mateo Tognozi's opportunity in the role of head of the observation area (scout) is Viktor Bezhani, who together with Komoli has already worked at Toulouse in France.
Who is Viktor Bezhani?
Viktor Bezhani is a 40-year-old Albanian coach, born in 1985, who currently holds the position of technical director of Toulouse, the club where Komoli was president until a few days ago, before moving to Juventus.
Bazhani, after a period as a match analyst for the Croatian under-19 team, also managed the under-21 team of the Cypriot club Anorthosis Famagosta, also becoming assistant coach of the first team.
Career as an observer
Since the summer of 2017, the Albanian coach has begun to get acquainted with the scouting sector, in which he has effectively built his career. In the 2017-2018 season he was responsible for scouting in Poland at Legia Warsaw, while in the 2019-2020 season he moved to England where he worked for Brentford and the following year for Watford (season 2020-2021).
After two years as a scout at Leicester, Bezhani arrived at Toulouse in June 2023 as technical director, which is his current role. As reported by Sky, he is now the number one favourite to follow the same path as Comolli, leaving France and joining Juventus.
