Former Albanian national team coach, Xhani De Biazi, has categorically denied the news recently spread in the media about a possible transfer to the Flamurtari club. Contacted by "Euronews Albania", the Italian technician expressed surprise at the speculation and stressed that there has been no communication with the Vlora club.

" It's something unbelievable... I've never spoken to anyone from Flamurtari... and many journalists call me about this ," De Biazi declared in a response to journalist Enriko Gabaj.

Xhani De Biazi remains an iconic figure in Albanian football, as he is the first coach to lead Albania to a historic qualification to a European Championship, "EURO 2016".
