A serious incident was recorded this afternoon at the "Ramazan Njala" Sports Palace in Durrës, during the basketball match between the Teuta and Besëlidhja teams.
According to preliminary information, the conflict initially started on the field between players from both teams. The situation then escalated with the involvement of technical staff and players from the benches, turning into a physical clash.
Sources indicate that tensions have spiraled out of control, with several fans present in the hall also involved in the conflict. The full dynamics of the clash remain unclear.
Immediately after the incident, Durrës Police forces intervened at the scene, escorting several people to clarify the circumstances. According to sources, among those escorted are players from both teams, as well as fans who are suspected of being involved in the conflict.
