One of the most notable cases is that of Luçiano Skuadrone, a player for Flamurtari, who was pardoned from his sentence. He was facing a 6-month suspension for violence after the match against Elbasan, but the final decision was more lenient towards him.
Meanwhile, Shkumbini has suffered a serious disciplinary and sporting blow. The team loses the match against Këlcyra with a score of 3-0 and, at the same time, is excluded from the championship for the remaining week. This decision automatically relegates the club to the Third Category.
Cases without decision
In contrast to these measures, there is no decision on the incident that occurred at the “Loro Boriçi” stadium, where Vllaznia fans attacked Teuta fans. So far, there has been no official reaction from the Commission regarding this event.
Klaudjo Allkja, Elbasan's materials manager, was also left without consequences. He was punished with a red card in the match against Partizan and caused delays in the execution of a penalty, but no additional disciplinary measures have been taken against him.
Decision No. 39 of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Association dated 16.04.2026
1. FK Bylis, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
2. FC Dinamo City official, Glen Daja, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
3. AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, using offensive chants and throwing objects on the playing field, endangering the safety of match officials, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is fined 300,000 (three hundred thousand) lekë.
4. KF Burreli, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
5. KF Shkumbini, for failing to comply with its obligations and responsibilities and activity regulations, causing the final interruption of the match, based on articles 6/3/j, 8/1, 13 and 16/1 of the KDE, loses the match on the table with a score of 3-0 against KF Këlcyra and is fined 500,000 (five hundred thousand) lekë. Based on article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
In accordance with Articles 6/3/i and 32 of the KDE, as well as based on Article 36/3 of the activity regulation, due to withdrawal from the competition for the Second Category National Championship, KF Shkumbini is excluded from football activity for the 2025–2026 season and is relegated to a lower category.
6. Zyrtari i KF Shkumbini, Florent Hasbajrami, për shkelje të parimeve të fair-play, duke mos respektuar ligjet e lojës dhe vepruar në kundërshtim me integritetin dhe reputacionin e aktivitetit, për shkak të tërheqjes së ekipit nga loja, në bazë të nenit 6/2/a, 8/1, 13 dhe 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 3 (muaj) muaj pezullim nga të gjitha veprimtaritë e organizuara nga FSHF.
7. Zyrtari i KF Shkumbini, Musa Xhaja, për shkelje të parimeve të fair-play, duke mos respektuar ligjet e lojës dhe vepruar në kundërshtim me integritetin dhe reputacionin e aktivitetit, për shkak të tërheqjes së ekipit nga loja, në bazë të nenit 6/2/a, 8/1, 13 dhe 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 3 (muaj) muaj pezullim nga të gjitha veprimtaritë e organizuara nga FSHF.
8. Lojtari i FC Delvina, Keli Musta, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
9. Lojtari i KF Oriku, Bruno Telushi, për sjellje të dhunshme dhe sulm ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të neneve 14/1/h dhe 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
10. Lojtari i Bylis B, Henri Solollari, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
11. Lojtari i KF Memaliaj, Dionis Hajdini, për provokim të spektatorëve, në bazë të nenit 14/1/f të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
12. KSP Junior D, U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Football Academy C, U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
13. Petrela U-13, për aktivizimin e lojtarëve që nuk kishin të drejtë të luanin në ndeshjen e vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-13, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Olympic Junior C, U-13, në bazë të neneve 19/2 dhe 19/4/a të KDE, humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0.
14. Don Bosko Academy U-14, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Etien Academy U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
15. Lapraka Sport U-16 Vajza, për mosrespektimin e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke shkaktuar ndërprejen e përfundimtare të ndeshjes, në bazë të neneve 6/3/j, 8/1, 13 dhe 16/1 të KDE, humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0 kundër KF Spartaku U-16 Vajza dhe dënohet me gjobë në masën 500.000 (pesëqind mijë) lekë. Në bazë të nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
16. The official of Lapraka Sport U-16 Girls, Xhek Alushi, for violating the principles of fair play, not respecting the laws of the game and acting contrary to the integrity and reputation of the activity, due to the withdrawal of the team from the game, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, 13 and 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 3 (months) months of suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
17. Acceptance of the request of Flamurtari FC player, Squadrone Luciano Gaston, based on Article 74 of the KDE, for the review of decision no. 34, dated 18.03.2026 of the KDE, regarding point 14;
Establishing a complete suspension of the execution of the sentence imposed on the applicant, placing him on probation for a period of 6 (six) months.
18. Acceptance of the request of the AF Luftëtari player, Behar Ramadani, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
