Sean "Diddy" Combs has been ordered to be held in custody in the case brought against him for trafficking and sexual violence.

He appeared in court on Tuesday afternoon, where his three sons had also arrived to follow the court process.
Prosecutors asked to keep him in jail until the trial. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said outside the courthouse Tuesday that he would fight to have him released and that Combs is innocent and will plead guilty. Combs pleaded not guilty in court.
The indictment names Combs, the 54-year-old founder of Bad Boy Records, as the leader of a criminal organization that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for the purposes of prostitution, drug offenses, hostage-taking, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.

"The evidence for this case is extremely strong", state the prosecutors in a document, where they request the security measure of prison. They say they have interviewed over 50 victims and witnesses and think that number will increase.
Combs and his associates used his "power and prestige" to intimidate and lure women into his circle, "often selling it as a romantic relationship," the lawsuit states.
According to the indictment, he continued to use force and threats to coerce the women into engaging with other men in order to perform sex scenes that Combs himself planned and directed. He often filmed these scenes and has created dozens of videos with them.
