The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan has confirmed that they are investigating Fero's ex-wife, Arbenita Ismajli, for the criminal offense of "Contempt of Court". "According to the Prosecutor's Office, the case was reviewed on August 16," writes Insajder.
"We inform you that for this case, the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, the Investigation Unit of the Police Station in Gjilan, are undertaking investigative actions regarding the criminal offense of "Contempt of Court", of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, the case was initiated on August 16, 2024.
In "Kosova Today", Fero said that his ex-wife takes his daughter and goes abroad without his permission, and according to him, she made a forged passport for him.
"I had my doubts about this, it went to Greece and Turkey and two other countries. Now he came to Kosovo, currently he is not in Kosovo. Neither the prosecution nor the police interrogate him. He has no right to take the girl without my permission. The passport in Macedonia is forged, it was issued without my permission. When I went yesterday to hand over my daughter to the Center for Social Work in Gjilan, I asked this center to notify the prosecutor's office or the police that the forged passport that she possesses has been suspended so that my daughter does not go abroad because I have my doubts. Both the prosecution and the Center for Social Work told her that she should leave her passport to take the girl and she did not accept, because she said she should go out of the country"
He was also asked about the violence against Arbenita, relating it to the current case. Fero replied that he stayed in prison even though he was not guilty.
"For one year and five months, I have not had any punishment, I have not said a single bad word to anyone. I was blameless in prison. I pleaded guilty to get out of jail"
He was also asked about his suicide statements.
"I've been in bad times, I hope you never fall into my position"
