Popular Brazilian influencer Jon Vlogs has been arrested on the Croatian island of Hvar after he and some friends caused a ruckus at a club and then clashed with police.
Vlogs was with a group of friends at the "Pink Champagne" club on Sunday evening around 3 am.
They started causing trouble inside the club and after drinking too much alcohol, they started taking off their shirts and breaking glasses.
That's why security guards initially warned them and managed to push them towards the exit. After the police arrived, the Vlogs and his group confronted them. The YouTuber, whose real name is Luan Kovarik, punched a police officer in the eye, for which he was arrested. Three other people from the group were arrested with him.
Lawyer Denis Kulušić confirmed that he was hired by a famous YouTuber in this case. Vlogs are known for recording everyday topics, travel and lifestyle and have more than six million subscribers and almost 830 million views. Brazilian media reported that he was arrested and a video of the conflict was published on YouTube, while the YouTuber himself did not advertise the case on social networks.
