The sad news of the passing of 76-year-old Ozzy Osbourne was announced by his family, with an official statement, which noted that the Black Sabbath frontman "passed away surrounded by love," and it was signed by his wife Sharon and his children, Jack, Kelly, Amy and Louis. However, the official announcement only mentions four of his six children. Jessica and Elliot are not mentioned, which has raised questions. The reason? "Mystery."
Ozzy Osbourne had three children from his first marriage, to Thelma Riley (two biological and one adopted), as well as three from his marriage to Sharon, to whom he remained married until his death.
His first marriage, to Thelma Riley, took place in 1971. He had met her in a Birmingham nightclub. They had Jessica and Louis together, while Osbourne had adopted Thelma's 5-year-old son, Elliot, from a previous relationship.
In 1982, Osbourne married Sharon, with whom he had children Amy, Kelly, and Jack. Therefore, his first daughter and adopted son are missing from the announcement.
Jessica was the one who made the legendary singer a grandparent for the first time. Although she never appeared on the reality show “The Osbournes,” she was mentioned in the episode “Smells Like Teen Spirits,” when Osbourne learned he had a grandchild.
As for his adopted son Elliot, the Daily Mail reports that little is known about him, as he stays out of the spotlight, with no social media accounts. He lives in Wellington, New Zealand, with his wife Joan Crawford, who is originally from Scotland.

Louis, Ozzy's son from his first marriage, is now a DJ and has been married to actress Louise Lennon since 2004. His father was unable to attend the wedding after suffering serious injuries in a pig accident. In the documentary "God Bless Ozzy Osbourne" (2011), produced by his son Jack, Ozzy revealed that he did not even remember when Jessica and Louis were born, due to his substance abuse at the time.
Louis had described growing up with a father who was often absent: “When he was present and not drunk, he was a great father. But that was rare. I mostly remember random things, like him driving cars into fields and crashing them in the middle of the night. That’s not good for family life,” he had said. Jessica had had similar experiences: “I don’t remember him ever putting me to bed or giving me a bath. He was never present at school events. He wasn’t that kind of father.”
Amy, who is also a singer and goes by the initials ARO, was born in London and raised in California until the age of 16, but moved out of her parents' home when she began filming the reality show "The Osbournes" in the early 2000s.
Amy also has a strained relationship with her younger sister, Kelly, who confirmed in an interview four years ago that they are estranged. “We don’t talk. We’re just too different. She doesn’t understand me and I don’t understand her,” she admitted.
In an interview with The Independent in 2015, she said that she and Kelly were not close: “I wouldn’t say there’s any calm between us, but there’s an acceptance. Do we hang out? No.” However, Amy is close to her brother, Jack, as they both run the production company Osbourne Media.
