Philipp Plein often appears as the perfect father and ideal husband, at least on social media: children dressed in designer clothes, house with a swimming pool, unlimited smiles, but... comments blocked. According to a viral video by British children's rights lawyer, @LegallyNik, behind the camera, things are much different and much darker.
In a video that has yet to receive major media attention, LegallyNik describes Plein's behavior as "diabolical" and talks about one of the three mothers of his four children, Lucia Botelli, who is practically excluded from her children's lives.
"Philipp Plein is 47 years old, has four children with three different women. Two of the children were born nine months apart. He cheated on his partner. Today, he has replaced Lucia with his new partner, who has now taken on her role as 'mother' at home."
But what is most shocking is the current situation:
“Lucia has gone from being the primary caregiver of her two sons, to a mother who is only allowed to see them for two hours every two weeks, always under supervision. And even these meetings are being constantly interrupted with false accusations and deliberate provocations.”
According to the lawyer, such treatment is only used in the most extreme cases, when a parent poses a direct danger to the children, and in this case, she sees no evidence that justifies such an extreme measure.
"Lucia is trapped in Switzerland, in a legal system she doesn't understand. And Philipp is meanwhile advertising his parenting on social media, presenting himself as the ideal father. But my question is this: Why is no one talking about this? Why has no media reported on the case?", says the lawyer in a video on her Instagram.
No reputable media source has published details of this story so far. There have been no public statements from Philipp Plein or Lucia Botelli. But LegallyNik's video, which has been widely shared on TikTok and Instagram, is bringing this story to the attention of public opinion, with thousands of comments demanding transparency, justice, and a response from the media and legal authorities.
