After more than 7 years, the ordeal of Teo Hernandez and the accusation of rape by the Russian model Luisa Kremleva comes to an end. A court in Malaga not only dismissed the model's claims that she was raped by Teo Hernandez in his car, but also sentenced her to a fine and 6 months in prison for perjury.
Luisa had accused the French defender of raping her in his Porsche car in the parking lot of a nightclub in Marbella in 2017. She claimed that he then threw her out of the car violently and showed the injuries to the police as "evidence" on the back and knees.
But the case was dismissed very quickly by the Spanish police, since in the review of the security camera footage, it appeared that the two had consensual relations and that they had left the car together again in a friendly manner to return to the nightclub. She had received the injuries by falling to the ground herself during that night, while she was later engaged with a group of girls accompanying Hernandez, after the latter had refused to go to the apartment of the Russian model. The messages she had sent him confirmed everything.
So instead of a rape charge, it turned into a defamation and perjury trial that lasted seven years due to the continued absence of the model or her lawyer. However, it has been announced that in November the verdict was given against her, after admitting guilt and perjury, being sentenced to 6 months of suspended imprisonment, as well as a fine of 1500 pounds.
