Former MP Myslim Murrizi has reacted sharply to the policy, linking it to external influences and Serbian secret service structures.
Referring also to a statement by American Congressman Joseph DioGuardi, Murrizi writes that "Albanians went from communism to corruption", while according to him "Albanian leaders are controlled".
In his post, Murrizi says that Albanian politicians are not simply corrupt, but "have been recruited as UDB collaborators," describing them as dependent and blackmailable.
He uses harsh language, stating that political leaders are "held with hooks in their noses and chains around their necks like hounds", and according to him they are forced to act "on behalf of Serbs and against Albanian interests".
Murrizi also links this situation to the lack of opening of the files of the former State Security, adding that "Albania is the only former communist country that has not had the courage to open them", since, according to him, "UDB collaborators are also involved in them".
"American Congressman Joseph J. DioGuardi has spoken a great truth about politics, but especially about Albanian politicians.
Albanians went from communism to corruption, he said, and that the Slavs are smart because they bought the Albanian leaders and now control them.
In fact, they have not bought them, but have recruited them as collaborators of the UDB, the Serbian secret service, at all times and keep them with hooks in their noses and chains around their necks like hounds, forcing them from time to time to bark or act on behalf of the Serbs and their interests against Albanian interests.
"This is the real reason why Albania is the only former communist country that has never had the courage to open the files of spies, or as they are affectionately called, the collaborators of the former Sigurimi, because their evil deeds will come to light, because those files also specify the collaborators of the UDB ," Murrizi writes on "Facebook".
