The opposition's allegations of irregularities in the May 11 parliamentary elections and accusations of the use of the patronage system were put at the center of the debate at the Electoral Reform Commission meeting, where SPAK leader Klodian Braho was summoned to a hearing.
During the discussions, the Democratic Party MP, Gent Strazimiri, criticized the work of the Task Force on Electoral Crimes, expressing his opposition to the assessment that this structure had a preventive effect during the electoral process. On the other hand, Braho emphasized that this was not a finding of SPAK, but an assessment included in the OSCE-ODIHR report, underlining that the Special Prosecution Office does not have the competence to provide assessments on the electoral process.

Klodian Braho: It is not our competence to make assessments of the electoral process.
