PS "forgives" Tom Doshi again, passes laws thanks to the votes of 3 PSD deputies...
The Socialist Party was also in a numbers crisis in today's parliamentary session, forcing Prime Minister Edi Rama to participate in the vote himself.
In the last sessions he did not participate, but it was noticed that the PS could not secure the votes to pass the laws and was helped by Tom Doshi's deputies. After many sessions, today Rama went to the hall at the moment of voting, but left in the middle of the process, shaking the majority's positions again.
The first four laws on the agenda passed with 74 votes (3 from PSD), but on the sports law there was a split in the ranks of the SP. Petro Koçi and Erion Braçe abstained, causing the law to pass with 70 votes, a procedure that is expected to cause debate. Normally laws should pass with 71 votes, but the SP interprets the law by clinging to the fact of the majority of votes in the hall.
Meanwhile, after Rama's departure, other laws passed with 72-73 votes, allowing the SP to secure the majority again thanks to the votes received by PSD MPs, Gledis Çeliku, Meri Markiçi and Gertjan Deda. So what we have said, that Rama and Doshi before the elections seem to have clashed both in terms of face and campaign issues, as they are now in a strong alliance between them.
