The GJKKO has postponed the hearing for Jamarbër Malltez, who requested the revocation of the "house arrest" security measure related to the 'Partizani' affair, to July 7.
It is learned that the hearing has been postponed to July 7 at 11:00 a.m. The reason for the postponement of the hearing was Judge Elsa Ulliri's request to resign.
Judge Elsa Ulliri today submitted a request to resign from the trial of the "Partizani" case. It is learned that the resignation was submitted to the head of the GJKKO, Erion Bani, 10 days ago. In her arguments, Ulliri says that she is a cousin of Democratic MP Andia Ulliri.
Elsa Ulliri was appointed as the rapporteur judge, while members are Bib Ndreca and Rudina Palloj.
Berisha's son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, appeared this Monday at 09:30 at the GJKKO, half an hour before the start of the first court session for the "Partizani" affair.
In a statement to the media, Malltezi spoke in the same language as Berisha and attacked the Special Prosecution Office, saying that he acted against them on the orders of Prime Minister Edi Rama. He described the process for the Partizani affair as a "witch hunt" and ridiculous.
"It's basically a witch hunt, a political issue, ridiculous now because they lied and turned out to be liars. They lied that they said the land was expropriated and it turned out that the land belonged to the owners. And there is not a single piece of paper about how the state became the owner. To this day, the prosecution has no idea how the state is the owner, while it is clear that it has been the land of these 5 families for 100 years. As for the land, values and anti-values. The values are with the private owners. The anti-values are with Edi Rama's strategists, the one who steals public and private lands and gives them to his friends. We have paid taxes from the development of the property, while Rama gives it to his friends and thieves without taxes.
From the development of the property we have settled over 42 families, while Edi Rama evicts them by force and with the police as in Astir or on the shore of Lana, from the development of the property we have built a kindergarten and a nursery for the residents and left for the school and the gymnasium. Rama does none of these, he gives away the land for zero lek or one euro to friends, leaves it tax-free for years and steals public and private lands. Look at the material that immediately after Edi Rama's order at the SP congress in April 2022, the submissive political prosecutors made 16 requests within a month. Edi Rama gave the command to SKAP and they immediately acted.
We will face this issue, but it is essentially a matter without criminal facts because it started with Taulant Balla's false report that the land was expropriated while the land is owned by the owner's family, continued with the prosecutors' false claim that there was a normative agreement or VKM, but in fact there was none. None is nominative, completely different from the laws and VKM that Rama makes.
"SPAK does not even dare to call Edi Rama as a witness, we requested him during the investigation phase and during the preliminary hearing. SPAK has gone so far as to commit fraud and has made the fraud part of the official documentation. Rama has 8 signatures in this procedure, while Berisha has none," said Malltezi.
