Keir Starmer met with Prime Minister Edi Rama in Tirana today, where he also held a press conference.
During the joint conference with Starmer, Rama said that the curse has returned to British officials after the attacks they have made on the Albanian community and that today they are outside the British parliament.
"We must be fair and not forget that it was not a British PM who offended or pointed fingers at Albanians. There were several other individuals who did it. However, this is not an excuse because they were elected by the British people. However, the curse of the Albanians is not very good, because it came back to haunt them and today they are outside the parliament," Rama said.
