The leader of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka, has accused Prime Minister Rama of interfering in the opposition and violating the rules of political competition.
Invited to "A2 CNN", Duka stated that the inclusion of figures from the opposition camp in the majority harms the normal functioning of politics.
"He has put his hands in the opposition and there are many. Would you say bravo to him? If not, bravo to him, because he breaks all the rules of the game," he declared.
According to Duka, the political situation in Albania cannot be compared to that of Hungary, as similar efforts in the past have not brought concrete results. He stressed that such a model is not applicable to the Albanian reality.
"I say we won't have a result. So no matter how much you are a fan of this Orban and whoever he is, I'm not a fan of him holding so much power," said Duka.
He added that political rotation in the country could come in two ways: through the unification of the opposition around a new and strong figure, or as a result of internal developments within the majority itself.
"If the opposition unites and brings out a new element, a rotation could come. Or there could be developments within the group," said Duka, emphasizing that ideological clarity is currently lacking, especially in the Albanian left.
