Elia Zaharia and Prince Leka are officially separated, after the Court of Tirana decided on April 25 to dissolve the marriage between the well-known couple. From the divorce agreement, the actress benefited from a 257 m2 apartment, which is in her daughter's name.
While the artist will have full ownership of a 134 m2 shop and a 47 m2 parking lot. But according to an agreement that the former couple reached on January 15, 2024, if Elia Zaharia marries again, or starts a cohabitation, he will lose the rights to the properties when their daughter Geraldina will be of age . In the decision, it is also said that the actress will no longer bear the surname "Zogu", but her maiden name "Zaharia".
The agreement signed between them also defines the meetings that Prince Leka will have with Geraldine, where according to the agreement, the girl will meet with her father for 2 hours every day and will go to his house on weekends. According to the agreement, Prince Leka will pay 1,000 euros monthly as alimony towards the daughter, an amount which includes the expenses for the child's daily needs and will be paid into the mother's bank account.
