The four perpetrators, three in the role of shooters and a driver of a Toyota car, waited for a few minutes at the Rinas roundabout, and then opened fire on the luxury Benz in which the victim, Gilmando Dani, and his friend, Muçi Shaljani Sheqeri, were traveling, currently in serious condition at the Trauma Hospital.

It is 14:18. The perpetrators' car, a gray Toyota, comes from Fushë Kruja and parks next to the Ark Hotel, next to the roundabout where the bust of Mother Teresa is located. It moves to the other side of the roundabout and as soon as it sees Gilmando Dani's white Benzin, the three assassins start shooting.
The white car is on the white lines of the roundabout. As soon as it is hit, it swerves to the opposite side of the roundabout and stops. There, one of the assailants approaches and shoots Gilmando Dani several more times.
The killers are masked and wear camouflage clothing, like those of police special forces.
At the roundabout, cars continued to circulate as if nothing had happened. Further, in the footage, an official escort is also seen, where the first car appears to be a military vehicle, while there are two police cars. It is not known who was inside the VIP car, but no one stops.
After making sure they had shot Gilmando Dani to death, the four perpetrators got into the car and drove off towards Tapiza and then to the village of Halil, in Kruja, where they burned the vehicle, which turned out to have license plates stolen a year ago in Greece.
The killers left over 50 bullet casings at the scene. Muçi Shaljani Sheqeri, who is in critical condition at the Trauma Hospital, received 10 bullets. Gilmando Dani was shot along with 12 others.
The movements of the four perpetrators were filmed by multiple security cameras, but they wore masks the entire time to avoid being identified.
Through the cameras, investigators have discovered that the movement route, both before and after the crime, was the same. They came from the road connecting Rinas Airport with Tapiza and then headed to the roundabout where the assassination took place. They also made the same movement when fleeing, to the area where the car was burned, along with the four firearms.
Starting from the area where the killers fled, the police conducted numerous checks in Fushë Krujë, even escorting five people, but later releasing them.
Another point where the investigations are focused is the scanning of several people who were at Rinas Airport before the arrival of Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani Sheqeri from Barcelona, and of several vehicles, as it is suspected that the killers had informants who followed the movements of the targets from leaving the airport to picking up the car in the parking lot.
The incident that occurred in the middle of the day could have had other consequences for innocent people, as the area was overpopulated and some of the bullets also hit the glass facade of the Ark Hotel, located near the roundabout where the attack took place, with 1 victim and 1 injured. /Tv Klan
