A serious incident occurred in Vlora, where a 17-year-old girl attempted to end her life by shooting herself.
The cause of the incident is said to be disagreements with her father. According to sources, the minor was living with her grandparents after her parents divorced.
Her father reportedly had started a new family and sought to take the teenager to the village, who rejected her father's decision.
She shot herself and was initially taken to the Vlora hospital in critical condition. The 17-year-old was then transported to Trauma.
Meanwhile, numerous police forces and the police director have accompanied the girl's father, while the girl's father has opposed his forcible escort, as he requested that he go to Tirana to accompany his daughter.
Saimir H., the girl's father, continued to resist and the Vlora police used force and put him in the car.
"I'm dying, old man," he can be heard saying.
