Tirana Police have solved the incident of injury that occurred yesterday evening on "Frosina Plaku" street, known as the "Ish-Park" area, where several people were involved in a conflict with sharp objects and cutting tools.
The police announce that they have arrested 3 people: Luçiano Nurçja, 46 years old, Albert Lika, 44 years old, and Enea Kurti, 23 years old, suspected of the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury".
Meanwhile, a 17-year-old has been declared wanted and proceedings have begun for a 33-year-old.
According to the police, the conflict started for weak motives, while the procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.

The Serious Crimes Investigation Section, in cooperation with Police Commissariat No. 2, after receiving a report that at the entrance to a parking lot of a building, on "Frosina Plaku" Street, several citizens had clashed with hard objects and one of them had used a cutting tool, immediately organized the work to clarify the circumstances of the incident and identify the perpetrators.
As a result of rapid investigative actions, the event was documented and, at the conclusion of the procedural actions, citizens LN, 46 years old, AL, 44 years old and EK, 23 years old, were arrested in flagrante delicto, suspected of the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury".
Also, citizen AI, 33 years old, who is in hospital, under the care of doctors, was released on bail.
Also, citizen EL, 17 years old, was declared wanted, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury", committed in collaboration, and "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons". Work to capture him continues.
