A serious fatal accident occurred yesterday evening on the "Urakë-Kajtel" road, Elbasan.
The vehicle driven by the citizen with the initials RA, 27, fatally hit a 62-year-old resident of Kotodesh.
It is learned that the 62-year-old was in front of his house when he was hit by the young man, while the latter was handcuffed by the police.
"Road Traffic Specialists arrested citizen RA, 27 years old, in flagrante delicto, after yesterday evening, on the "Urakë-Katjel" road, while driving, he hit citizen QM, 62 years old, a pedestrian, who consequently lost his life ," the police announced.
