Greek police have arrested Osmen Hoxha, 39 years old from Fier, who was wanted on a European arrest warrant by Belgian authorities.
The arrest was carried out by officers of the Narcotics Sub-Directorate of the Directorate Against Organized Crime in Greece.
Hoxha is suspected of being part of a criminal organization based in Belgium, active in importing large quantities of cocaine from South America to Europe, as well as in cultivating marijuana plantations and operating drug processing and reformulation plants abroad.
The arrest warrant specifically relates to the seizure of a container in the port of Antwerp in September 2024, which contained 500 kilograms of cocaine. Investigations are ongoing to fully uncover the activities of the criminal group.

"Kollovari" e respektoi, i kerkoi ndjese e i tha qe ai nuk ka te beje fare me motren e trapit. Kjo fjala gangush na ka mbetur ne mendje ne shoqnise e nuk e harrojme. U qelb Shqiperia me gangushe spurdhjake.
