12 people have been arrested in Durrës, including the "head" of the group who were selling illegal drugs near high schools.
These are Fabrizzio Asllanaj, Blerim Oshafi, Aurel Prendi, Elkid Shehu, Taulant Dervishi, Fatmir Canollari, Greg Kamberi, Indrit Hadja, Sulejman Shahaj, Indrit Dakavelli, Mariglen Keçi and Vladimir Shehu.
Fabrizzio Asllanaj, 30, is suspected of being the organizer. He is also charged with the following criminal offenses: “Unauthorized possession and production of explosive weapons and ammunition”, “Storage or storage of contraband goods”, “Smuggling of prohibited or restricted goods”, “Smuggling of goods for which excise duty is paid”, “Smuggling of goods with an intermediate regime”, “Trading and transporting contraband goods”, “Hiding income”, “Failure to issue a tax coupon”, “Failure to pay taxes and duties” and “Illegal employment”.
During the operation, the following material evidence was seized: 180 doses of cocaine with a total weight of 100 grams; 620 doses of marijuana with a total weight of 1.25 kilograms; 2 electronic scales; 16 mobile phones; 3 cold weapons (knives); 1 punch amplifier and combat cartridges.
From the investigations and evidence obtained, it results that these citizens, in collaboration with each other, carried out the illegal activity of distributing and selling narcotics in the vicinity or near schools (high schools) of the city of Durrës.
The procedural materials, in charge of the above persons, will be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further investigative and procedural actions.
